Still can’t believe how blessed we are with you, baby boy ð.
I swear the littlest changes make me so happy! I have been waiting on these candle sconces for months and they are finally here ðĪĐ.
Henry looked so dang cute after our afternoon walk today ðĪ.
Plant babies ðŠī
I literally had no clue how much we “needed” a wet bar before we had one...BUT it’s actually one of our favorite features in our home. I love that we have a space for entertainment when family and friends come over (and storage for fun glassware or our fun decanter we got on our honeymoon in Mexico ð). Anyone else have a space in their house they never knew they needed ð?
Being at home with Max (and now Henry, our 9 week old Labrador) has definitely been fun but oddly enough, still an adjustment. I’m definitely getting into the groove of things and excited for all the projects around the house. I started organizing the kitchen this week and decided to do a full blown pantry/ fridge/ spices container project! I’m hoping this will reduce our food waste and make cooking easier ð.
Happy 2nd Birthday baby boy ðĪ
When you catch Santa and need to ask some questions...
Merry Christmas Eve ðĩ
Finally my little office is complete! This went from an under utilized area in our house to a space I now go to every day. I find it necessary to be very intentional with the layout in our house. It’s amazing how fast you can fill up a house in three years, am I right? Anyone else create a home office this year?
Bedtime routines just keep getting more and more fun around here.
Sunday afternoon treats ð
I’ve graduated to two more real plants in our house ðą Say hello to ZZ babies ððŧ
Super excited about my new print for my “office”. Before quarantine started @dan.r.valenzuela and I planned on having a desk downstairs so we could work on any projects while being with our favorite little buddy, Max. Definitely plan on sharing that space soon but for now here is the print going above my monitor. I have been loving digit art prints recently. What are your favorite shops?!
I love switching decor around to give my space a fresh feel! I laugh every time I ask my husband if he noticed what changed...usually he does but this time he could not tell ð. Anyone else planning on updating a space with something you already have in your house?
I hope everyone is having a great Sunday! @dan.r.valenzuela is wall mounting my new computer monitor today while I do some laundry. Recently, I had seen @the_cornellranch replace her outlet covers in her kitchen and loved the look! I ended up going with @rejuvenation ones but the inspo was all her! She is one of my favorites to follow on Instagram so if you are looking for some more inspiration check her out! Who are some of your favorites to follow?! Let me know!
Fun Facts about our Half Bath;
1. It’s a half bath
2. The frame for the artwork is from Pottery Barn but I found it at Goodwill for $5.00.
3. This was the first project I ever did a mood board with and I do think it is the best way to help pull a room together.
4. I spray painted the mirror hardware from chrome to brass.
5. The vanity was found off Craigslist.
6. The countertop was leftover from a construction job. We went out to the yard and looked through the scraps until we found this!
This bathroom gradually got updated over the course of two years. It really does take time to make a house feel like home.
There is something so special about sharing these moments with your child. Max got to see the @afthunderbirds for the first time! So happy I was able to capture the moment! ððð
I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day! It was nice to be with all the people I love and just celebrate momin’ together. It was a simple day but felt so special. Speaking of special, Max decided to throw me a bone and help me play around with a little home decor. Nothing better right ð?
We have a rug winner! My husband and I are totally enjoying having one (two ð) in this room. It’s crazy how a rug can transform a room.
